What Data Do We Collect?

People Who Enquire by Telephone

When you call Crown Hall Farm or Ace Tones Entertainments, we collect Calling Line Identification (CLI) information. We use this information to help improve its efficiency and effectiveness.

Inbound and outbound calls may be recorded for training and fraud prevention purposes – these are processed in Ace Tones Entertainment's legitimate interest.

People Who Email Us

We use office 365 and Zoho mail which is integrated within our CRM system.

We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

People Who Fill in Our ‘Contact Us’ Form

The website form collects you name, email address and, at your discretion, other information that will enable us to answer your query. The information from the Contact Us form will be stored on our CRM system and may be used at a later stage to create a customer record, should you decide to use our services.

Ace Tones Entertainments Limited offers various services and resources relating to entertainment and event management.

We have to hold the details of the people who have requested our services in order to fulfil our contractual obligations. However, we only use these details to provide the service to the person or organisation that has requested it and for other closely related purposes.
